Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food quickly and to standard.
• Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and monitor maintenance issues.
• Manage food wastage through correct procedures.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and carry out management instructions.
