Job summary

Arnold Clark Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Vehicle Executive for our Activa site in Milton Keynes. You will provide product information, client consultative services, quotes and orders, and keep clients updated on delivery Lead Times.

You will liaise with third-party specialists and suppliers, manage vehicle orders, dispatch renewal communications, and ensure accurate pricing and documentation. A customer-focused, detail-oriented professional will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Courteous and professional at all times.
• Strong IT skills with good experience of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and complex spreadsheets.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with keen attention to detail.
• Clear communication and ability to work with colleagues and clients at all levels.
• Experience with vehicle industry knowledge is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide product information, quotes, orders and delivery updates to clients.
• Deal with enquiries by telephone and email.
• Manage vehicle orders and lead times with suppliers and logistics.
• Prepare quotations with correct discount levels and client policy.
• Track orders and liaise with build partners and delivery teams.
• Maintain documentation and supplier relationships.
