Arnold Clark Group in Inverness is seeking a Sales Administrator to join our busy branch. You will manage vehicle stock records, ensure accurate advertising, and handle tax and invoicing to support a smooth customer experience.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment. Full-time hours are Monday to Friday, with a focus on accuracy and timely processing.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate stock records for purchased vehicles.
• Verify stock details and ensure online ads are accurate.
• Obtain and file vehicle documents securely.
• Tax and invoice sold vehicles in a timely manner.
• Produce accurate invoices matching customer orders.
• Ensure payments are received and understand manufacturer systems.
