Job summary

Tru Talent is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor for a well-established commercial vehicle dealership in Westbury. You will manage the customer journey from initial booking through to vehicle collection, ensuring customers are kept informed and that estimates are accurate.

This is a full-time, permanent role requiring excellent communication, strong organisation, and a proactive approach to promoting additional services while upholding high service standards across workshop operations.
