Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Commercial & Technical Coordinator in Wolverhampton to provide technical support and guidance on customer enquiries, working with multiple Veolia divisions including Industrial Services. The role requires a chemistry degree and experience in waste management, with a customer service background being desirable.

• A chemistry degree or equivalent qualification is required.
• Experience in waste management is preferred.
• Experience in customer service is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to quote and technically assess enquiries from customers, contractors, sales representatives and other Veolia divisions including Industrial Services
• Liaise with operational staff, logistics and customers to ensure collections comply with procedures and legislative requirements
• Ensure efficient management of customer enquiries via the Salesforce CRM system
• Liaise with third party disposal outlets to ensure competitive rates are agreed
• Direct contact with internal and external customers, providing guidance on legislation, advice on waste management and assisting customers with their disposal requirements

Salary: from £33,000.00 per annum plus a 17.5% annual bonus and Veolia benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri

Location: 1 Station Road Wolverhampton WV10 7DG

What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

• Chemistry degree or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience gained within the waste management industry
• Previous experience gained in a customer service role is desirable
