Job summary

Veolia Group in Wolverhampton is seeking a Commercial & Technical Coordinator to provide technical support for quotes and enquiries, liaising with customers and Veolia divisions to ensure compliant waste collections.

You will use Salesforce CRM to manage inquiries and collaborate with operational teams, logistics, and customers to secure competitive rates and compliant disposal solutions. A chemistry degree is required and relevant waste industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Chemistry degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in the waste management industry preferred.
• Customer service experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to quote and technically assess enquiries from customers, contractors, sales representatives and other Veolia divisions including Industrial Services.
• Liaise with operational staff, logistics and customers to ensure collections comply with procedures and legislative requirements.
• Manage customer enquiries via the Salesforce CRM system and provide guidance on waste disposal requirements.
