The National Trust is seeking a Team Leader for a busy caf and shop at Tyntesfield near Bristol. You will lead and motivate a front-of-house team to deliver outstanding visitor service, maintain displays and signage, and support back-of-house tasks as needed.

You will also monitor stock and help meet income targets to support conservation work. No extensive experience is required, but you should be a strong team player, well-organised, adaptable, and capable of leading and developing colleagues.

Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager. Working with other Commercial Team Leaders and Commercial Assistant Managers at Tyntesfield. What you'll be doing As a Team Leader, you'll support and motivate your team to deliver great service in our busy caf and shop, so you'll be adaptable and ready to get involved wherever needed. With a focus on front-of-house, you'll create a warm welcome for every visitor and lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service. Using your eye for detail, you'll ensure displays and signage are accurate and up to date, while occasionally supporting back-of-house activities. You'll help monitor stock levels, promote products and contribute to income targets that support the National Trust's conservation work. You'll also play an important role in welcoming, training and developing colleagues, helping to build a confident team. We'll provide an induction, along with training in food safety and allergens.
