Job summary
Connect Legal Partners is seeking a solicitor or lawyer to draft and review commercial agreements across supply, distribution and services, and technology contracts such as SaaS and cloud arrangements.

Qualifications
- Experience in commercial law with exposure to IT, technology and IP.
- Good drafting and negotiation skills.

- Draft and negotiate technology contracts such as SaaS and cloud agreements.
- Advise on data protection and privacy considerations.
