Connect Legal Partners is seeking a solicitor or lawyer to draft and review commercial agreements across supply, distribution and services, and technology contracts such as SaaS and cloud arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial law with exposure to IT, technology and IP.
• Good drafting and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial agreements including supply, distribution and services contracts.
• Draft and negotiate technology contracts such as SaaS and cloud agreements.
• Advise on data protection and privacy considerations.
• Support the corporate team on transactions and help build client relationships.
