Job summary

Think Legal Recruitment is partnering with an award-winning full-service law firm to hire a Commercial Solicitor. You will advise owner-managed businesses, SMEs and corporates on commercial matters, with a focus on IT/tech and data protection.

You will draft and negotiate a broad range of agreements, support on corporate transactions, and play an active role in business development while benefiting from flexible and hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in commercial law with IT/Tech and non-contentious IP.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with attention to commercial detail.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad spectrum of commercial matters, including technology agreements and data protection.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Provide commercial guidance on corporate transactions and risk management.
• Develop business relationships and contribute to the team’s growth through networking.
