• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Capable of managing a varied workload with pragmatic, solutions-driven advice.
• Engages in business development and networking to support growth.

Responsabilités

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements across a broad spectrum of matters.
• Advising on supply, distribution, agency, and service contracts.
• Supporting corporate transactions with commercial insights.
• Addressing business-to-business arrangements and risk management.
• Guidance on terms and conditions, trading arrangements, and commercial policies.
• Drafting technology agreements for SaaS, PaaS, Cloud Services, and software development.
• Assisting with data protection, transfers, and compliance matters.
• Building strong client relationships with commercially focused advice.
• Engaging in business development and networking to support team growth.
