Zusammenfassung

Hall & Kay is seeking a Renewals Manager to lead a specialist team responsible for contract renewals, remedial quotations and sales administration. You will drive revenue growth through proactive client engagement and accurate quotations, while upholding service standards across a UK client base.

You will oversee end-to-end renewal processes, manage pricing adjustments, coordinate with finance, and develop standardised quoting workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in contract management, commercial operations, or facilities management (essential).
• Proven supervisory/management track record with team development (essential).
• Strong grasp of contracts, pricing structures and estimating principles.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team handling renewal cycles, remedial quotations and sales administration.
• Oversee end-to-end renewal processes and proactive client engagement.
• Coordinate with finance/operations and finalise renewal documentation.
• Prepare quotations for remedial work and ensure pricing is accurate and competitive.
• Maintain CRM data, track pipeline and report on renewal metrics.
