Hall & Kay in Birmingham seeks a hands-on Head of Renewals and Sales Administration to lead a specialist team responsible for contract renewals, remedial quotations and sales administration. You will drive timely renewals, oversee pricing changes, and maintain strong client relationships to grow revenue.

You will also champion collaboration across finance and operations, ensure accurate quoting, and manage CRM-driven pipelines to support business targets and service excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Comprehensive experience in contract management, commercial operations, or facilities management (essential) ideally within the Sprinkler industry.
• Experience in supervisory/management positions driving performance improvements and talent development.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts, pricing structures, and estimating principles.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, contract management software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
• Ability to balance client needs with profitability; experience in negotiation and value proposition.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex info clearly.
• Ability to balance results with building relationships internally and with clients.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and develop a team of contract administrators and estimators on renewals and quotes.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and foster client-service excellence.
• Manage workload to meet deadlines across multiple contracts and projects.
• Oversee end-to-end renewal process and proactive client engagement.
• Review terms, price adjustments, and scope changes.
• Coordinate with finance/operations; maintain renewal tracking and pipeline reports.
• Prepare and submit remedial quotations and standardise pricing/approval workflows.
• Manage sales orders, quotes, CRM data, and sales forecasting.
• Maintain accurate customer records and analyze sales data for trends.
• Monitor pricing strategies to stay profitable and competitive.
