Hall & Kay, located on-site in Birmingham, seeks a Commercial Contracts Leader to drive contract renewals and oversee remedial quotations while managing a specialist team. You will ensure accurate renewals, coordinate quotations for remedial work, and maintain strong client relationships to sustain revenue growth.

The role emphasises coaching, pricing discipline, and efficient processes to outperform revenue targets.

Qualificações

• Comprehensive experience in contract management, commercial operations, or facilities management (essential).
• Experience in supervisory/management role driving performance improvements and talent development (essential).
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts, pricing structures, and estimating principles (essential).
• Proficiency in CRM systems and contract management software, plus Excel (essential).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to present complex information clearly (essential).

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and develop a team of contract administrators and estimators handling renewal cycles, remedial quotations and sales administration.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and foster a collaborative environment focused on accuracy and client service excellence.
• Manage workload allocation to meet deadlines across multiple contracts and projects.
• Oversee end-to-end renewal process for commercial service contracts and proactive client engagement.
• Review contract terms, pricing adjustments, and scope changes.
• Coordinate with finance and operations to finalize renewal documentation.
• Maintain renewal tracking systems and report on pipeline status and conversion rates.
• Direct preparation and submission of quotations for remedial, repair, and additional scope work.
• Establish standardized quoting processes, pricing methodologies, and approval workflows.
• Ensure quotations are technically accurate and commercially competitive.
• Oversee processing of sales orders, preparing quotes and proposals, and maintaining CRM systems.
• Track sales metrics and pipeline data, generating reports and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data integrity across platforms.
