Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Preston, Lancashire
Working Arrangements: 3-4 days in the office per week

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with all aspects of commercial property transactions, including sales, leases, and developments.
  • Perform due diligence on properties, reviewing titles, planning permissions, and environmental reports.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents for property transactions.
  • Advise on landlord and tenant matters, such as lease renewals and rent adjustments.
  • Resolve disputes involving boundaries, contracts, and leases.
  • Work closely with clients, solicitors, and other professionals on property transactions.
  • Stay updated on property law changes to provide informed advice.
  • Manage a varied caseload with precision and efficiency.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
  • Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering laws and legal requirements.
About You
  • Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
  • Minimum 3 Years PQE within Commercial Property
