Job summary

REFY in Manchester is seeking a Head of Commercial Planning to own the sales forecast, demand plan and stock, leading three regional managers to optimise stock and margin across multi-channel markets.

You will partner with Commercial Accounts, Operations, Product, Digital and Marketing to set pricing, promotions and weekly in-season actions, driving 95%+ fulfilment and strong business performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in merchandising, commercial planning or demand planning within a retail, branded or consumer goods business, ideally beauty or premium.
• Proven ownership of stock targets, Open to Buy and WSSI as live trading tools.
• Experience trading a multi-channel business in season with sell-through oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales forecast, quarterly and monthly reforecasts, annual commercial plan and financial year critical path.
• Own pricing alignment across existing lines and new products in collaboration with product and regional teams.
• Oversee the promotional calendar and funding to support sales, stock and margin targets.
• Lead weekly cross-functional trade meetings and drive in-season actions across regions.
