Job summary

CVUK is seeking an experienced Demand Planner to own forecasting and inventory planning across our consumer brands portfolio in Greater London. This role goes beyond data entry: you will interpret trends, challenge assumptions and influence stock, launches and working capital decisions.

You will build demand plans using sales history, seasonality and commercial activity, partner with commercial teams on promotions and listings, monitor forecast accuracy and recommend replenishment actions.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning, forecasting or inventory in beauty/FMCG/retail environments.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and challenge assumptions.
• Commercially minded, able to influence stock, launches and working capital decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting across multiple brands and SKUs.
• Build demand plans using sales history, seasonality and commercial activity.
• Partner with commercial teams on new launches, promotions, listings and discontinuations.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, stock cover, availability and excess inventory.
• Produce replenishment and purchase recommendations.
• Identify potential out-of-stocks, backorders and slow-moving stock.
• Support cash-flow and working-capital planning.
• Help improve planning systems, processes and automation.
