Job summary

CVUK is seeking a Senior Merchandiser to lead commercial planning and trading strategies across designated product categories. You will report to the Head of Merchandising and drive sales and profitability for a £100m+ retail business across stores and ecommerce.

The role requires strong commercial analysis, forecasting and cross-functional collaboration with Buying, Finance, Marketing and Store Operations to maximise performance.

Qualifications

• Planning & Trading: Develop seasonal and annual merchandise financial plans, manage OTB budgets and forecasts, monitor weekly sales, margin and stock performance.
• Range & Stock Management: Manage stock allocation, replenishment and intake flow across multiple locations to improve availability and stock productivity.
• Commercial Analysis: Analyse historical performance and market trends to inform range planning, pricing and promotional decisions.
• In-Season Trading: Own in-season trading, reforecast sales and intake based on performance trends.

Responsibilities
