FMCG TALENT Ltd seeks a Commercial Revenue Planning Manager to join a highly dynamic team in a hybrid role spanning the Southwest to West Midlands. You will drive net revenue management, support brand profitability and lead financial planning for promotions and trade investments.

The role sits at the heart of commercial activities alongside National Accounts and Finance, reporting to the Food Trading Director. A strong FMCG finance background and up-to-date SAP CBP/IBP knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in commercial finance or related FMCG roles.
• Strong understanding of Net Revenue management in FMCG.
• Experience working with major grocery retailers and National Account teams.
• Proven ability to turn data into concise, actionable decisions.

Responsabilités

• Provide financial planning, reporting and decision support for brands.
• Develop and manage promotional and trade investment framework and spend control.
• Deliver CBP/IBP driven financial reporting and accrual assessments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Food Trading Director on strategy.
