Premier Foods is seeking a Commercial Planning Manager to join our Sales team. You’ll translate brand and category strategies into clear commercial plans that deliver against budgeted sales and align with customer strategies across multiple channels.

You’ll lead the monthly planning cycle, shape pricing and promotional architecture, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Category Management to optimize ROI and drive brand performance.

Qualificações

• Strong commercial experience within major multiples sales (retail).
• Good understanding of P&L management and brand finance.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to turn data into action.
• Strategic thinking and decisive leadership across functions.
• Confident to lead, influence, and build cross-functional relationships.
• Ability to prioritise effectively in a busy commercial environment.
• Experience in Marketing, Category or Supply Chain is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Translating our brand and category strategies into clear commercial plans that deliver against budgeted sales.
• Bringing Sales and Customer strategies into our brand plans and owning the monthly commercial planning cycle.
• Shaping pack, price and promotional architecture across channels and formats.
• Developing and executing promotional strategies, focusing on improving promotional ROI.
• Analyzing business forecasts, identifying key issues and guiding contingency and gap-closure plans.
• Leading medium-term pack and price architecture strategies across our brands.
• Supporting new product development through P&L planning and promotional plans.
• Working cross-functionally to build bottom-up budgets and identify risks and opportunities.
• Helping ensure innovation is executed brilliantly across our brands.
