Job summary

Reiss is seeking a Global Planning Merchandiser to lead planning across owned stores, concessions, web and online partners, shaping product and stock investment for profitable growth and international expansion.

You will work with Merchandising, Product and Digital teams to influence range and stock decisions across markets and partners, developing a consistent forward-looking planning approach within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or planning across multiple channels or international markets.
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of sales, stock, and range productivity.
• Able to use data and insight to challenge assumptions and inform decisions.
• Highly organised with ability to build and manage planning frameworks across channels.

Responsibilities

• Own seasonal planning across stores, web and partners, including option counts, range depth, IAQs and size curves.
• Build and maintain global planning frameworks for consistent decisions across markets.
• Review IAQs, grading and stock depth by category to inform opportunities and targets.
• Lead partner and new channel range planning for growth and optimisation.
• Lead stock investment planning for digital channels to improve warehouse availability and growth.
• Deliver sales, stock and range analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
• Influence Product and Merchandising teams with clear planning insights; align launch allocations and stock plans.
• Develop the planning team through coaching and development frameworks.
