REFY is seeking a senior Commercial Planning leader in Manchester to own the rolling demand forecast, stock targets and regional planning across multiple channels. You will drive price alignment, promotions and open-to-buy actions, while leading three regional managers and collaborating with Operations, Product, Digital and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in merchandising, commercial planning or demand planning within a retail, branded or consumer goods business.
• Proven ownership of stock targets, Open to Buy and WSSI as live trading tools.
• Experience trading a multi-channel business in season, with sell-through insight and timely actions.
• Track record of managing fulfilment or fill rate targets for retail partners.
• Experience building demand forecasts and SKU-level accuracy across markets.
• Strong commercial understanding of margin and how stock timing affects gross profit.
• Proven leadership of a planning team with coaching and performance management.
• Experience owning promotional and pricing plans with incremental profit focus.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales forecast, quarterly and monthly reforecasts, and annual plan.
• Oversee price alignment across existing lines and new products with Product/Commercial teams by region.
• Manage the promotional calendar, gift-with-purchase and sampling activities.
• Support joint business planning with clear sales, stock, margin and timing recommendations.
• Lead weekly cross-functional trade meetings and in-season actions.
• Trade the business using sell-through by SKU, channel and region to spot risks/opportunities.
