You will partner with various departments, ensuring data accuracy and driving CRM adoption. This multi-site role is based in Redditch, requiring travel to other sites as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Operations or related areas.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong Power BI reporting and dashboard skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the commercial organisation.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards.
• Manage pipeline governance and forecasting processes.
