Job summary

Membership Bespoke is seeking an experienced CRM Manager to take ownership of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system. The role covers day-to-day administration, configuration, testing and user support, with responsibility for data quality and reporting across the organisation.

You will work with colleagues and external suppliers to ensure CRM and related systems meet operational and strategic needs, including GDPR compliance and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience working as a CRM or database administrator.
• Strong experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration.
• Experience using Power BI to produce reports and dashboards.
• Experience using Power Automate to develop automated workflows.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Maintain CRM configurations, workflows, and user permissions.
• Manage system upgrades, testing and releases with external suppliers.
