Job summary

Membership Bespoke, based in London, seeks an experienced CRM Manager to own and continually improve its Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. This hands-on role covers administration, configuration, testing, reporting and integrations, with close collaboration with COO and external suppliers.

The successful candidate will drive data quality, develop dashboards and KPIs in Power BI, and deliver training to users. A strong five-year CRM background, excellent communication and a proactive mindset are

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience as a CRM or Database Administrator.
• Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration experience.
• Experience with systems management, configuration and implementation.
• Experience using Power BI to produce reports and dashboards.
• Experience using Power Automate to develop automated workflows.
• SQL querying skills (T-SQL) and data views.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with supplier management, including third-party providers.
• CMS knowledge would be advantageous.
• IT degree or equivalent qualification or substantial related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Maintain CRM configurations, workflows, user permissions and system documentation.
• Manage system upgrades, testing and releases with external suppliers.
• Ensure CRM data quality and consistency across the organisation.
• Develop reports, dashboards and KPIs using Power BI.
• Support reporting, data extraction and analysis requirements.
• Create and maintain SQL queries and data views.
• Manage integrations between Dynamics 365, CMS and Microsoft 365.
• Investigate and resolve CRM and systems integration issues.
• Support future system enhancements and development projects.
• Provide first- and second-line CRM user support.
• Deliver training and user guidance materials.
• Promote best practices in CRM usage and data management.
• Manage relationships with CRM, CMS and IT suppliers.
• Coordinate system development projects and change requests.
• Monitor supplier performance against SLAs.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and data governance.
