Job summary

Solid State PLC in Redditch is seeking an experienced Commercial Operations Manager to own the systems, reporting and governance underpinning commercial performance. You will report to the Chief Growth Officer and manage Dynamics 365 and Power BI across the group.

The role requires strong experience in forecasting, pipeline governance and analytically turning data into trusted insights for senior leaders. Hybrid working with UK and international travel across Solid State Group locations will be

Qualifications

5+ years in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics or CRM Management.
Strong hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.
Strong Power BI reporting and dashboard capability.
Experience supporting a B2B sales organisation.
Forecasting, pipeline governance and commercial reporting experience.

Responsibilities

Own and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the commercial organisation.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive reporting.
Manage pipeline governance, forecasting and reporting processes.
Analyse pipeline health, conversion, forecast accuracy and commercial performance.
Turn data into actionable insight for senior leaders and commercial teams.
Drive CRM adoption, data quality and consistent commercial processes.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Business Unit leaders.
Identify opportunities to improve and automate commercial reporting and workflows.
