The Opportunity

As part of the Commercial team, you will be central to driving successful customer outcomes and long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full commercial account lifecycle for allocated customers.

  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships that drive mutual success.

About You
  • Experience in a commercial, contracts, or business development role (aerospace, manufacturing, or engineering sector experience is preferred).
  • Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive in problem‑solving.
  • Knowledge of bid preparation, contract management, and financial administration.
