Commercial Manager - Waste & Municipal Services

South-West (Exeter to Worcester & Andover)

Are you a driven Commercial Manager with a background in waste services? Our client, the largest operator of municipal vehicles in the South-West, is looking for a results-focused individual to help drive business growth.

With a brand-new site launching this year, they are expanding their waste collection, transfer, and processing capacity, covering construction, highways, municipal, and domestic sectors.

The Role:

1. Develop and grow new business opportunities
2. Manage and nurture key accounts
3. Work on leads generated by operators and source new clients
4. Conduct regular site visits across the South-West

We're Looking For:

1. Experience in tankering, jet-vac, gully barrels, road sweepings, or construction muck-away or other related waste services
2. Strong sales and relationship management skills
3. A proactive and ambitious approach to business development
