Job description

A leading national law firm is looking to recruit a talented commercial litigator to join its Litigation, Regulatory & Compliance team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate or Principal Associate who wants to work on complex, high value disputes within a team that is growing and highly respected across the UK.

You will work closely with senior lawyers on major contentious matters and support a client base that includes large corporates, well known household brands and fast growth businesses.

The Role

You will work across a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including:

• Complex contractual and commercial disputes
• High value High Court litigation
• Arbitration and alternative dispute resolution
• Cross border and multi-jurisdictional cases
• Sector focused disputes in areas such as financial services, technology and real estate

You will take a leading role on files, manage client relationships, supervise junior colleagues and contribute to wider business development.

About You

You will ideally:

• Be a qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE in commercial litigation
• Have experience managing complex and high value disputes
• Be confident communicating directly with clients
• Be able to mentor junior lawyers and support their development
• Bring strong commercial awareness and a collaborative approach

Experience in technology-related or cross-border disputes would be helpful but is not essential.
