Jak Consultancy is seeking a driven Business Development Researcher / Caller in the office design and build sector. The role focuses on proactively cold calling, researching target companies and decision-makers, and building relationships within commercial property and corporate real estate markets.

You will generate qualified leads, book meetings for the business development team and help grow the sales pipeline by identifying companies planning moves, refurbishments or transformations.

Qualifications
