COMMERCIAL LAWYER, 3 + PQE, TYNE & WEAR, COMPETITIVE SALARY & BENEFITS PACKAGE. Exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial lawyer to join a reputable firms’ technology and digital businesses team. JOB REF: 0297

•Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, with a focus on technology related agreements such as outsourcing, procurement, IT cloud arrangements, data centres, logistics, manufacturing, agency, distribution, and franchising.

•You will lead client matters and building strong relationships while collaborating with wider teams across the firm, supporting business, and assisting senior lawyers in supervising junior team members.

•Applicants should have at least three years’ experience in a commercial law practice, ideally with experience in technology-related contracts.

•Familiarity with sectors such as technology, healthcare, leisure, life sciences, construction, or the public sector is advantageous. While experience with in-house or consumer contracts and public procurement is a plus, it is not essential.
