Four Squared Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Customer Success Advisor - Commercial in Felixstowe. You will be responsible for commercial accountability, onboarding customers, retention and growth initiatives, and driving adoption of Freightliner Connect.

The role emphasizes proactive engagement, upselling opportunities, and collaborating with Sales Support to deliver revenue growth in a rail freight and logistics context.

Qualifications

• Commercial understanding of customer accounts and revenue growth.
• Experience building trusted client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to onboard customers and drive adoption of products/services.
• Strong data-informed decision making and business analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding activity to accelerate adoption and drive long-term growth.
• Develop trusted relationships with customers and translate needs into opportunities for growth.
• Maintain accurate customer and commercial data to enable business insights for account development.
• Promote Freightliner Connect capabilities to identify upsell opportunities and increase revenue.
• Support account plans to expand customer spend and improve retention and performance.
