By Association Only, a Shopify Platinum Partner, seeks a Head of Sales to lead their commercial team. This pivotal role involves managing the sales pipeline, leading sales conversations, and converting opportunities into clients for their eCommerce agency.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong commercial ability, superior communication skills, and significant experience in sales, preferably within the eCommerce sector. Responsibilities include developing proposals, collaborating with the marketing team, and representing BAO at industry events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales, commercial or business development role, ideally within eCommerce.
• Strong understanding of consultative sales and relationship management.
• Experience maintaining a sales pipeline and CRM system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead sales conversations with confidence and clarity.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage BAO's sales pipeline and ensure opportunities are qualified.
• Lead sales conversations with prospective clients, especially senior stakeholders.
• Develop high-quality proposals that articulate client needs and BAO's approach.
• Convert qualified opportunities into new project and retainer clients.
• Maintain a well-managed and healthy sales pipeline.
