Brown & Brown Stockport is seeking an experienced Commercial Claims Handler to join our professional team based in Stockport. You will manage claims from notification through to settlement, coordinating with clients, insurers and loss adjusters while adhering to FCA guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in handling commercial insurance claims from notification to settlement.
• Cert CII qualified or working toward the qualification.
• Comfortable dealing with insurers, loss adjusters, and clients.
• Ability to produce claims MI and maintain accurate records.

Aufgaben

• Handle all claims allocated from notification through to settlement, including chasing documents and insurers for outstanding items.
• Produce statistics, reports and information for Directors/Account Executives on claims.
• Establish close links with clients, insurers, loss adjusters and other parties.
• Attend client meetings with Account Executives when required.
• Adhere to FCA requirements and Company Procedures Manual; maintain Health and Safety compliance.
