Position: Commercial Claims Broker
Location: Leeds (Hybrid)

IPS Group is partnering with one of the UK’s leading Insurance Brokers to recruit a skilled Claims Broker for their expanding division in Leeds. This role is ideal for someone looking to progress their career in the insurance industry and gain exposure to various claims, including Liability, Motor, Property, Cyber, Construction, and other niche areas.

Role Overview:

As a Claims Broker, you will be trained to manage a diverse portfolio of claims from start to finish as well as handle a scheme with a well-known global organisation. You will provide essential support to the claims team, ensuring claims are processed efficiently while maintaining excellent client relationships. This is a client-focused role where you’ll learn to handle different types of claims whilst keeping clients informed and helping to resolve their issues in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a scheme of claims with a large organisation as well as gain exposure to Liability, Motor, Property, Cyber, Construction, and other specialist areas.
• Provide a high level of client service, ensuring claims are handled effectively from start to finish.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and ensuring the timely resolution of claims.
• Conduct client meetings and deliver claims presentations when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure optimal claims outcomes.
