Job summary

People Solutions is recruiting a Collections Administrator for a Tamworth-based client. This full-time permanent role offers Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with a salary of £26,500 per annum.

You will manage customer and debtor accounts, perform online research to verify company and contact details, review cases, and keep records up to date, while handling sensitive information with professionalism. Full training and a supportive team complete the package.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, customer service or credit-control environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and professional telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Manage administration relating to customer and debtor accounts.
• Perform online research to verify company and contact information.
• Review cases and identify correct customer or business contact.
• Contact customers by telephone to verify information or complete reviews.
• Respond to email and post correspondence; send follow-up requests.
• Update records accurately and maintain data integrity.
• Manage own workload and progress cases; handle sensitive information professionally.
