Job summary

Elite Personnel is assisting a financial services organisation in Tamworth with multiple openings for a Collections Executive. This is not a sales role; you will contact customers to recover balances and agree suitable payment solutions with empathy and professionalism.

Your day-to-day includes outbound and inbound calls, secure phone payments, and providing clear documentation when required. A credit-check will be performed before employment.

Qualifications

• Ideally graduate-level education.
• Confident communication with a customer-first mindset.
• Calm, professional and solutions-focused under pressure.
• Previous collections experience.
• Experience in high-volume telephone environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers in arrears to resolve matters in a single call.
• Handle inbound calls about overdue accounts and general inquiries.
• Take secure payments over the phone quickly and securely.
• Issue copy invoices and statements when required.
• Provide empathetic, customer-focused service throughout all interactions.
