Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods is seeking a part-time driver to deliver frozen meals across the local area. You will work 8 hours per week across 1 in 6 days, including bank holidays, in a coldstore environment with protective clothing provided.

The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and contributing to team operations while complying with health and safety requirements. A UK manual driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service-based role.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
• Basic computer literacy including use of phone apps.
• Evidence of work stability.
• Basic secondary education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner.
• Pick orders within the coldstore.
• Use app to update customer deliveries.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Undertake pre-shift van inspection.
• Drive safely and legally.
• Clean and refuel the van as needed.
• Contact office with discrepancies or delays.
• Ensure customer confidentiality.
• Assist office and picking teams when required.
• Report health and safety, stock quality and mechanical issues.
• Support team when a colleague is absent/holiday.
• Carry out local marketing activities to attract new customers
