Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is hiring a delivery driver to support our customers with frozen meals. The role involves 16 hours per week across any 2 days in a 6-day schedule, including bank holidays, in a chilly -20°C coldstore.

You will use an app to manage deliveries and help the office and picking teams as needed. The role requires a UK manual driving licence, customer service experience, basic computer skills, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Essential: experience in a customer service-based role.
• Full UK manual driving licence is required.
• Basic computer literacy including use of phone apps.
• Evidence of work stability and basic education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner.
• Pick orders within the coldstore.
• Use our app to update deliveries and communicate with customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Carry out pre-shift checks on the van and ensure safety.
