Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods is seeking a delivery driver for part-time hours (20 hours per week across any 2 of 6 days, including bank holidays). You will deliver frozen meals to customers, work in a -20ºC coldstore environment, and use an app to manage deliveries while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service-based role.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (UK).
• Basic computer literacy including mobile apps.
• Evidence of stable work history.
• Basic secondary education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to customers promptly.
• Utilise app to update deliveries and routes.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Complete pre-shift checks and keep van clean.
• Assist office and picking teams when needed.
• Communicate discrepancies or delays to the office.
