Job summary

Matthew Algie is seeking a Coffee Sales Manager to cover the Newcastle, Leeds & North East area. This field-based, full-time role in the Manchester region involves identifying new customers and growing the existing base by delivering first-class service and training.

You will manage accounts, work toward sales targets, and promote Matthew Algie and Espresso Warehouse products to meet customer needs. A UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a role with sales targets across customer accounts.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Educated to A level or equivalent.
• Competent in Microsoft Office and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Aim to complete 25 customer visits per week and 5 prospect visits weekly.
• Manage customer accounts and administration.
• Follow structured sales process including coffee audit and account history.
• In-field customer interactions: business development, training, service, and after-sales support.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer value using analysis.
