Job summary

Matthew Algie is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover the Greater Manchester & Liverpool area. You will install, service and repair coffee equipment across diverse customer accounts with day-to-day planned maintenance and reactive calls.

After training, you will have support from a technical team and autonomy to schedule your day while upholding safety standards. Essential: at least one year in a similar field service role, strong electrical/mechanical maintenance skills, and excellent

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Field Service experience in a customer-facing role.
• Electrical and mechanical maintenance knowledge.
• Excellent communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair coffee equipment across customer accounts.
• Handle planned maintenance and reactive calls.
• Coordinate with Technical Team and schedule daily workload.
• Ensure parts usage aligns with company policy and First Time Fix KPI.
