Qualifications

• Experience servicing Costa Express equipment or similar electrical/mechanical systems.
• Ability to diagnose faults and perform repairs efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and repair or replace equipment in customer sites.
• Escalate issues through appropriate channels and document outcomes.
• Provide first-class service to partners and maintain equipment reliability.
