Polurrian on the Lizard is seeking a friendly Hotel Receptionist to join our Front Office team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will create a warm welcome and ensure smooth arrivals and departures in a busy seaside setting.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Professional telephone manner and strong organisational skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests and manage check-ins/check-outs efficiently.
• Handle guest enquiries in person, by phone, and by email and assist with local information.
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and billing; collaborate with housekeeping, F&B, spa and maintenance teams.
