Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines using specified programs and tooling.
• Perform manual machining where necessary.
• Hand finish components as required.
• Maintain and own product quality and adhere to company quality procedures.
• Follow and maintain all documentation standards required.
• Maintain housekeeping standards using 6S principles.
• Inspect and stamp approve machining work of other team members.
• Carry out any reasonable task directed by CNC Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications

• Broad experience in CNC and manual machining methods.
• Familiarity with editing CNC machine tool programs.
• Experience with conventional and CMM inspection methods.
• Use of CAD/CAM in turning, milling or multi-task machines.
• Apprentice experience in a machining environment.
