Malmaison Hotels in Birmingham seeks a Cluster Sales Manager to drive the Hotels Sales and Marketing plan for both brands. You will report to the General Managers and the National Sales Director, ensuring brand representation and actively pursuing new opportunities across the portfolio.

You will manage the inquiry process, train teams across two hotels, and build strong relationships with guests. The role demands proactive, well-organised leadership and confident presentation to senior decision

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a sales/marketing leadership role within the hotel industry is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of hotel sales processes, inquiries and cross-selling across multiple properties.

Aufgaben

• Drive the Hotels Sales and Marketing plan for Malmaison across two brands.
• Report to the General Managers and National Sales Director while ensuring brand representation.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities and cross-sell across all hotels in the portfolio.
• Manage and lead the inquiry process and ensure efficient training and communication within the department and across two hotels.
• Develop strong relationships with guests and key contacts within the hotels.
