Job summary

Kellan Group (including Berkeley Scott and Xpress Recruitment) is seeking a dynamic Cluster Director of Sales to lead the commercial strategy for two Warwickshire hotels. Reporting to the General Manager, you will develop sales plans, pursue new business and nurture key client relationships to drive occupancy and revenue.

This senior, office-based role requires a proven track record in hotel sales leadership, strong business development and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior hotel sales leadership role.
• Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and managing key client relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills in a commercial environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the hotel's sales and business development strategy.
• Drive opportunities with key clients, agencies and local partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver revenue growth.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and trade shows.
