Job summary

Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a commercially driven Cluster Sales Manager to lead local sales activity across the Slaughters Country Inn, Slaughters Manor House and Buckland Manor. You’ll focus on corporate and group rooms, meetings and events, private dining, and hotel experiences.

You’ll build strong relationships with corporate clients and agencies, hunt for new business, and collaborate with General Managers and Revenue teams to hit KPIs. Some travel within your cluster will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel sales, meetings & events, and luxury leisure.
• Strong relationship-building and networking with corporate clients.
• Organised with ability to manage multiple hotels and deadlines.
• Proficient with CRM systems; Opera Sales & Catering and Tableau are advantages.

Responsibilities

• Own local sales activity across the cluster, focusing on corporate and group bookings.
• Develop strong local relationships and key hotel accounts to drive revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities; build a healthy pipeline.
• Research contacts using market insight, Opera, Tableau, and LinkedIn.
• Promote hotel events, dining, leisure experiences to B2B and B2C.
• Collaborate with hotel teams to implement sales plans and KPIs.
• Travel regularly within cluster and local market.
