Job summary

Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin in Newcastle is seeking a Cluster Meeting & Events Executive to help maximise meetings and events across the two properties. You will handle inbound enquiries, plan and implement events, and work closely with the M&E Manager to drive occupancy and catering revenue.

The role is suited to a proactive, well-organised individual with excellent communication and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Organised self-starter with excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Experience in a similar property is beneficial.
• Role progression from a single-site M&E Executive is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries and ensure smooth planning and execution of events across Malmaison and Hotel Du Vin.
• Support the M&E Manager to drive revenue by maximizing meeting room occupancy and catering revenue.
• Build strong client relationships and coordinate with hotel managers across two properties.
