Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a commercially driven Cluster Sales Manager to support three luxury properties in the Cotswolds. You will develop local relationships, grow revenue across all segments, and manage the Meetings & Events Sales Team to convert enquiries and build a strong sales pipeline.

You’ll travel within the cluster, engage with corporate clients and agencies, and work with hotel teams to deliver memorable weddings, events and dining experiences. Competitive salary plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven proactive sales experience in hotel and meetings & events, luxury leisure.
• Natural relationship builder with corporate, agency and local partners.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to identify and convert opportunities.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, able to balance multiple hotels and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strong local relationships and key hotel accounts to drive revenue across segments including luxury leisure.
• Hunt for new business opportunities and build a healthy pipeline of corporate, conference and group business.
• Proactively research and approach new contacts using local market insight, Opera and LinkedIn.
• Drive awareness and sales of hotel events, dining, leisure experiences and other local opportunities through B2B and B2C relationships.
• Build partnerships with agencies, local attractions, destination organisations and brand partners.
• Support property Sales & Marketing Plans and activate seasonal sales initiatives within the local market.
• Collaborate with hotel sales & events coordinators and the Central Conference Desk to maximise opportunities across Hand Picked Hotels.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to keep hotels commercially competitive.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and opportunities within Opera Sales & Catering and deliver KPIs and reporting.
• Be a visible market ambassador and travel regularly within the cluster to build a strong sales culture on property.
